Our quiet property in the Highlands neighborhood is just a 6-minute drive to the lake. Continue on, and you’ll reach Heavenly Village, the casinos, and Stateline’s lively vibe. Turn right to explore the Y, Emerald Bay, and Fallen Leaf Lake for stunning nature spots.

Behind the house is a serene meadow where you can walk, bike, run, or cross-country ski. Our flat driveway is easy to park in and spacious, depending on whether our trailer is parked.

We may be home or traveling at the time. We will try our best to provide you with WiFi, water and electricity with a small fee if you need. 

We’re travelers and adventurers too, and we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re relaxing or exploring, our space is perfect for your South Lake Tahoe visit!

A quiet neighborhood on the east side of Carson City. Our 20’ van fits our driveway or if you have a longer van, you can use our curbside parking with plenty of space as we are on a corner lot. 

Dogs welcome and can potty anywhere in front yard (rock-scaped).

PLEASE LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: We have a large patio that you can enjoy a gas fire-pit on, apple trees to pick from, seating, tables, possibly a hammock, and shade available to use.
Have furry friends that need to stretch their legs without worry of running off? We have a privacy fenced-in backyard and a designated (rock) potty area. 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you are needing to use our bathroom PRIOR TO booking, also (as we must be present for use). It can be a bit confusing on this app. If you need shower access ($5 EACH shower per person).
