We have 2.5 acres, some chickens and ducks, a few neighbors and a bunch of space to go out on dirt bike trails

The entire property spans about 8 acres. We have multiple areas that can be utilized for vans, RVs, and campers. Additionally, any part of the property can be used for camping purposes. We have a large covered, cemented area next to a large barn spanning approximately 35 feet in length. We also have a large open field with multiple flattened areas. Lots of trees across the entire property. Located about 20 to 25 minutes from Palmdale/Lancaster and 40 minutes to Santa Clarita.

The Dark Forest Ranch

Land with cozy trees with private access in a low crime area. Less than 20 minutes from Santa Clarita and within 5 minutes of the Pacific Crest Trail, 10 minutes to two lakes in Angeles National Forest.

Camping land in Angeles National Forest

Long driveway in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Near Six Flags Magic Mountain. Basketball hoop is removable. Must have curb ramp.
