Electric extension cord provided, Wi-Fi and water faucets are located in the 1acre lot.  Bring your vehicle, RV and come enjoy Apple Valley!  


A Good Place to Park and Spend the Night! 

My lot has a fence for extra protection and I have video cameras in the property for security. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful.

Located 40 minutes from big bear and Arrowhead Lakes and 30 mins from silverwood lake Property can fit up to three full length size recreational vehicles! There are two gates that can be locked up and kept safe.  Very quiet neighborhood. Greatest sunset and sunrise views. Parties are subject to negotiation. 


Kiera Jade Park and Play Place 

The house is conveniently located near the freeway, a costco, grocery stores, and some restaurants (mostly fast food). The house is on a cul-de-sac which is mostly quiet. There are cats in the neighborhood including mine so driving with care is appreciated. I am just getting started so I am mostly offering convenience and a safe place to stay on your travels. I will add amenities as I go but for now there is not much in that regard.

Our cozy casita is a beautiful place to stop and stretch your legs for the night. It is conveniently located 5 minutes away from i15 freeway.

An outdoor kitchen with sink, mini fridge, gas burner and charcoal grill is also a great addition to any family road trip! 
Pets can enjoy some yard time too in the fully fenced dog play space. 
Laundry is available in garage as well.
This is great for stopping on a long journey to Las Vegas, Mammoth Lakes, Los Angeles, or anywhere in between.
