I will watch/feed/walk your pets for $20 a day as long as they are easy going, friendly, and social with other dogs.

VERY SAFE neighborhood. My driveway is on an incline and only long enough for a mini-van. It's best to park on the street to the right of my driveway along the white fence for a flat surface. Hello welcome to our slice of paradise I am nestled between Westport and Tokeland  in North Cove Washington my gift shop is located right off Warrington Cannery Road a beach access. I am a half way point to Cannon Beach or Ocean Shores each is about less than an hour drive!

The Knotty Siren in North Cove Washington 

Located in Amargosa Valley, Nevada, we have an 8-acre property with vineyard and campground on a quiet road adjacent to BLM land. Our location is about 45-minutes from Furnace Creek, Death Valley, and a great base camp for exploring the park. 

We offer visitors 15-amp power hook-ups, potable water, and composting toilet. We also have a coffee station and outdoor shower that can be enjoyed and are available by donation. 

My family of 5 lives here part-time and when around, I love to chat with guests and hear about their adventures. When we are away, guests are welcome to make themselves at home and can contact me directly with any questions/concerns. We also have a family of Guinea Fowl who keep an eye on the vineyard. They are friendly but can also be loud (sometimes as the sunrises). 

Desert Vineyard near Death Valley National Park

Flat driveway and backyard campground on the waterfront in West Seattle.  10 minute walk along the waterfront to the water taxi that takes you to downtown Seattle.  30 minute walk to Alki Beach.

This is one of the last six century-old cottages at the Duwamish Head, destined to be torn down to build condos in the next couple years.  Come and enjoy it while you still can!

There is a public restroom at the Don Armeni Boat Ramp (about a 1 minute drive). There are also public restrooms at Alki Beach.  Please, only vans/RV's with a toilet can stay as I do not want human waste in or around my yard.

My backyard is intended to be enjoyed. Please stay and enjoy yourself. I plan to put up an outdoor shower this spring/summer.  In the house rules below, it says no events or parties, but I am adding (without prior approval).  Lets talk about it. Let me know what you're thinking.  I don't mind events and parties, they just need to be small and respect the neighbors. Basically, I do not want to hear from the neighbors about you at all.

I have a dedicated hose for drinking water, a chimenea/seating area, table for eating, hot and cold water. I may add a grill at some point.

There is firewood on the east side of the house in the recycle bins until it is gone. Use it, but if you can, donate some firewood for the next person. Have some wood, leave some wood. Need some wood, take some wood. :)

West Seattle Waterfront Backyard Campground

Thanks for stopping by our listing! We live on a quiet horse property in the charismatic country area of Tri-Cities. You’ll find us nestled down a short gravel road on a few acres of dirt/gravel parking. 

We own a Chevy G-20 that we use for short stints of vanlife, and while boondocking and finding your own parking is all good and well, sometimes you desperately need somewhere to stay where you know you can rest safe and unbothered. Look no further!

While our facilities are not fancy, we can guarantee a quick place to stay where you know you and your things will be largely unbothered. You can park anywhere on the 2 acre property, though there is a large turnout area that is flat. Fresh pumped well water and 120v power is available upon request, electricity may have a small fee.

There is a shared covered sitting patio with a fire pit available for you to use, with a good view of the arena on nights that we ride! The property is about a mile from the river, with a small grocer/feed store within a half mile. The nearest gas station is 2 minutes away. *BE ADVISED, GAS STATION CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NEAREST GAS NOW 8 MINUTES AWAY*

You’ll find the wonderful area of Columbia Drive and Clover Island towards town, 10 minutes away. The area has great river views, a massive park, boating, and a wine tasting village- yet is never too crowded. A great place to prop the van doors open and read a book. 

Please understand that our property is a project underway, and there is equipment and project cars also occupying the area. The grass is not finely manicured, we go through seasons of being an active horse ranch as well. If we intended to be a resort, we would be priced as one. Instead think of us as a friendly place to stay safe for a very low price.

We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have, and are generally up fairly late- if you need a last minute safe spot we will do our best to accommodate.

Secluded, wooded hilltop camping

Great location in Bend, Oregon. You can walk to the river trail from our house, and bike to the Old Mill. We are very close to the highway (but not so close that you can hear it). We have quick access to the mountains, smith rock, Newberry Crater, or anywhere else you want to go. 

A great place to stay while in Bend

Our place, we call Camp Tiny, has 2 RV spots available for vans or small RVs.  The spots have full hook up with 30 or 50 amp electric plug, city water and sewer hook up. In Newton County the camp adjoins the Ozark National Forest. Also we are located near the Buffalo National River, 12 miles south of Jasper, Arkansas.  Our camp is located on the Scenic Hwy 7  with many lookouts to view the beautiful Grand Canyon of Arkansas (also the Grand Canyon of the Ozarks).  There are many places to hike and view waterfalls, you can float on the Buffalo river ,  enjoy a road trip on these fun driving mountain roads in your Jeep or ATV or just chill.  We are hour and half  from great destinations of Eureka Springs, AR and Branson, MO.

Optimal Together Sanctuary

No need to attempt stealthiness, just park in my driveway.  I'm not too far from downtown Greensboro night life and close to major highways.  Electric hookup is available, however, you must provide your own 75-100 foot power cord.  Access to water from outside spigots is also available.  Please place all trash in the brown bin and recyclables in the green bin (ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN RECYCLABLE BIN-CITY LAW).

Safe Gravel Driveway Pad

This is a little over 30 feet driveway in a safe, residential neighborhood. My place is near Lake Pontchartrain. It is NOT very close to Downtown and the French Quarter area. However, nothing in the Greater New Orleans area is more than 20 minutes away. My place is great for those who want a safe place to park and who value safety and quiet nights, at a great price, over the convenience of being close to Downtown. 

My neighborhood is very safe for bike riding, taking walks and walking your pets. Please be a good neighbor by walking your pets on leash and cleaning up after them.

30 ft Driveway near UNO, SUNO and Lakefront Arena.

I am just a mile off Hwy 10 and close to several other freeways. My neighborhood is quiet and safe, but close to lots of shopping. I have no neighbors behind me; there is just woods and swamp. I just got a new concrete driveway poured. I can leave an extension cord out for power if needed. An outside water source is available during warm/non-freezing months (April-early Nov). My driveway is at a slight incline but if my daughters car isn’t there you can park on the left side next to the garage where it’s much more level. There is a fire ring in my backyard that can be used as well. Dogs, smoking, parties, and parking on the street are prohibited. Since my driveway is brand new, no vehicles that leak oil or other fluids. During the school year, we leave for school/work at 7am.

Fenced backyard. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Water & electricity available if needed. 

Quiet Redlands location

Welcome to our quiet neighborhood. A leisurely 5 minute walk east has Safeway, Starbucks, DIY Tea Lab, Yea's WOK and other restaurants. A short 15 minute walk south is Lake Boren park and offers playground, tennis, fishing and more. We're next to a public graveled gas pipeline trail and is great for all bikes and walking. 

Our backyard patio deck has a BBQ, firepit and bench seats, please help yourself. Afterwards turn off all propane tanks. Don't cover the firepit or BBQ until they've cooled down, but please ensure they are safely covered before you leave.

We provide two WIFI networks, a 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz. If your device supports 5Ghz then you can connect to that network but I recommend connecting to which ever has better signal and speed. The two networks aforementioned have their own repeater/booster to boost the signal strength while hanging out in your Van. The repeaters/boosters broadcast a separate network name, each ending with _EXT.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

The King County bus #240 stops right around the block from our home (bus stop is at Newcastle Way & 125th Ave SE) and will take you straight to the downtown Bellevue Transit center. Last time we took bus #240 to Bellevue Transit Center it took about 15-20 minutes.

HIGHWAYS
====
Public roads and highways are managed by WSDOT, you can view their latest travel alerts at https://wsdot.wa.gov/.

We're a stones throw away from many highways, including I5, I90, I405, SR 900 and SR 169. I90 will get you to Mercer Island, Seattle, Snoqualmie Pass Ski Resort, Ellensburg and Yakima. I405 will get you to Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton and Everett. Both I90 and I405 will quickly connect you to the I5 highway if you plan on going to Tacoma, Olympia or Everett. SR 900 is one of our favorite local highways to drive especially in the fall when the colors are out. It will take you through and past Cougar Mountain State Park, Squak Mountain State Park and Renton Highlands. SR 169 is another local highway and will get you moving toward Enumclaw, Mount Rainier and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort.

MOUNTAIN PASSES
====
This one warrants it's own section, separate from HIGHWAYS above. Most days in the winter WSDOT requires you to have chains in order to legally drive through the snowy passes unless you have a AWD or 4x4. When in doubt check the WSDOT status and requirements of the mountain pass(es) you intend to cross.  https://www.wsdot.com/traffic/passes/default.aspx

If you ever get stuck please shoot us a text with your GPS latitude and longitude and a couple of situational photos and if we're available we'll get your vehicle unstuck. We have a very capable rig and if our rig is not enough we will rendezvous the volunteers at Washington Offroad Recovery Network  to get your vehicle unstuck.

It's important to understand that sometimes when we're dumped on with snow both I90 Snoqualmie Pass and US 2 Stevens Pass get CLOSED due to hazardous driving conditions. These are literally the only two mountain passes that will allow you to cross the Cascades during the winter season. When this happens you can be stuck on which ever side of the Cascades you're on for a long time. Always check WSDOT's website for the latest travel alerts regarding mountain passes and road closures.

The other highways that would otherwise allow you to cross the Cascades close every winter season due to avalanche risk. These highways include, but not limited to: SR 20 Loup Loup Pass (north of US 2), SR 410 Chinook Pass (south of I90 and runs along the northern edge of Mount Rainer National Park), US 12 White Pass (south of SR 410 Chinook Pass).

BLACK WATER DUMP STATIONS

We do not provide black or grey water dump at our home. However, there are nearby dump stations.

Factoria Shell provides black water dump station for a fee of around $14.99 to dump. Due to the lack of lighting they require you to arrive before sunset.

Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah, Washington provides a dump station, but I've heard they require a Discover Pass to enter the park. The dump station is inside the park, past the entry booth. At the dump site there are self-serve envelopes for paying the $5 dump fee and an "iron ranger" for depositing said fee envelopes. The dump site has flush water, but no potable water.

SKI RESORTS
====
There are lots of ski resorts in the area. Take a short 50 minute drive down I90 to get to Snoqualmie Pass Ski Resort. A 2 hour drive north east to US 2 will get you to Stevens Pass Ski Resort, one of my favorite ski spots. Or drive  2 hours south down SR 169 and SR 410 to get to Crystal Mountain, another popular ski spot with great slopes. Be sure to carry snow chains in your vehicle because WSDOT usually requires you to have them when passing through one of the many snowy passes. If you ever get your Van stuck off the road please reach out to us, we have a very capable rig to help get you unstuck.

SEATTLE TOURISM
====
When visiting Seattle we highly recommending buying the CityPass as it's value and savings are worth it given the experiences and views you get out of it.

Pike Place & Madison Park: Start the morning by wandering around Pike Place Market, don't forget to visit the original Starbucks coffee shop, Piroshky Piroshky and the Gum Wall while you're here. Afterwards head west to the piers aka Alaskan Way and visit the Seattle Aquarium (included in CityPass), the entire aquarium only takes about an hour to enjoy. Then go next door and enjoy the skyline view of Seattle from The Seattle Great Wheel (tickets required). From here trackback toward Pike Place and visit Seattle Art Museum (tickets required).

Driveway parking - Quiet Van Lifers / Vans Only

We are on a corner lot with lots of parking. We have a space for small RVs. We have a outdoor shower, indoor shower, washer and dryer, and a kitchen that you can use. 

Mountain Turtle 

Park like setting in the front of the house where a smaller RV, truck or van can be parked. In the back there is room for a larger RV or truck and trailer. There is a yard for dogs to run although picking up after them is a requirement, we do have a trash receptacle on the side of the house. We live in a truly beautiful place that is off the beaten path to relax without street lights and noise so you can rest.
