Volly Vista - *RV hook ups!*

Our home is a quiet little place on top of the mountain. There’s 12 acres to roam, Including Woodlands, a pond, and some fields. whether you want to stay for a night or maybe arrange something Longer term we are always open for discussion. There are no sewer connections, so for longer-term a composting toilet would be a must. 20 amp service, nothing larger available as of 6/15/2024. A four-wheel-drive tow vehicle is suggested if you require hook ups in winter. They are only available at the top of the plateau. We have a 30 foot RV that we kept at the top of the hill, and it was easy to get up and down. if you have a self-contained Boondocking set up, there are multiple locations where you can stay on the property. Mid century modern driveway relaxation! 

Away from everything, but not too far. We have 3 acres, so there is plenty of room to park at the edge of our property beside the trees. You would turn right, right after the shed. It's a pull-in spot, so you would have to back out. We can fit any size rig. The Susquehanna river is very close. Harrisburg is less than 30 minutes away. Our address is Duncannon, but we really live in New Buffalo, north of Rt. 322.

Under the trees

Our farm has our family home, two apartments and a converted school bus- but even with lots of people around it tends to be pretty quiet and peaceful. Expect to be greeted by enthusiastic, friendly dogs. Your pet is welcome, but please plan to leash your dog and clean up after them. We love to share some garden abundance in the summer, and there’s almost always baby animals or at least a friendly goat to snuggle. Our pond is nice to swim in, great to fish in and lovely to have a campfire next to. There are a couple spots to park- tucked in by our young orchard up by the house and apartments and close to the road is a convenient spot. Or down by the pond, which would be nice and private but you’d need to have AWD and dry ground to drive through our pastures. As long as the ground is dry, either spot is fine.

The Off Street Parker

Welcome!  You will be staying on part of 2 acres.  I have a long level driveway on side of house near electric and water hookups.  I have 110 outlets or can have a 30A RV service available too.    I also have plenty of grass if you have a smaller unit and prefer to be back more in nature.  Anywhere else would have 110v electric on most of property to hook up.  I also run an air bnb and live on the property.   You would have access to a secluded firepit and there is a small bridge by firepit to 2 large ponds.  Enjoy chickens and ducks on property.  I am right off major interstate but small town charm.  I am able to assist with any mobile repairs if needed while you are passing through.  I am very easy going and here to help make your trip/stay enjoyable.  Dogs should use designated space to potty and should never be tied out or left out unattended.  Dogs must be leashed unless playing and should not bark as to disturb others.  There is a winery and breakfast nook within walking distance.  Please ask any questions you may have, I am very flexible.  Depending on when you stay if i am home,  bathroom facilities may be available as well as dump tank for black rv tanks.  Although i am new to vanly, i have been an air bnb super host for 1 year with 112 5 star reviews.  Hope to see you soon!
