The space is a log cabin homestead that contains 20 acres and is 3/4 of a mile off the road.  The space consists of a very long driveway that has ample space for tent camping or RV parking.  The lane curves toward the cabin at the 1.5 acre stocked pond and winds up to the cabin.  There is a pole barn on the property and a few farm animals.  The property is very secluded and is a wildlife haven.  If someone needed electricity for their van or RV there is a circular driveway in front of the pole barn that could be utilized and you could plug into the barn electricity.  My photos show the property from many different angles.  Most likely parking by the fire pit with proximity to the pond would be the ideal spot but there are several spots available.  There is an overhead light by the pond for some light after dark.  I can provide access to fresh water from the outside hose on the cabin.  The water out here is well water and is very clear and satisfying.  I am willing to meet up when you first arrive as long as our schedule can mesh.  This should make choosing a spot much easier.  Obviously weather determines some of the space that is available.  There is no outside restroom.  Dogs are welcome.  I have two dogs of my own so a conversation is needed on space available to guest dogs but the space is ample.

Simple 4 square home on a large lot, with long driveway. Should be comfortable backing up your van/RV into a space. 

Pets are allowed, but need to be on a leash, or have a confined area. All waste should be cleaned up immediately and thrown into the garbage.

Convenient off the 80/90 toll road, and off US 20. Home sits on the river with a fire pit on the back lot. River launch within walking distance.  Easy 30 minute drive north to launch kayaks for a 3 hour float down the St Joe. 30 minutes from Notre Dame, 20 minutes from Shipshewana. 9 miles from the Pumpkin Vine. Bring your bikes, kayaks, camping chairs...relax!
