Welcome to gorgeous Gunnison Colorado! Use our 27.5’ driveway as your Gunnison base. This driveway is ideally located in a quiet Gunnison neighborhood and is a 1-min walking distance to public toilets (that’s the building to the right in the scenic photo) (open seasonally, closed in the winter). 6-7 min walk to public free bus that whisks you to Crested Butte (40 min ride on bus, 30 min by car). Grocery store and rec center (showers!) is a 5 min drive/bike, downtown gunnison is a 6 min drive/bike. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Hartman Rocks, our local gem. The in-town walking trail is across the street, and the Signal Peak trail system starts about 1 mile from here. We are also very near the Char Mar park and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. 

You can use our hose to fill up your water tanks. Electricity will be provided via an outdoor outlet near the garage door. 

Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, quiet hours will be strictly enforced (10pm-8am). Any pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, whatever) outside of your vehicle will need to be leashed and picked up after.

Hummingbird Ranch is a gorgeous sprawling ranch in Colorado's Spanish Peaks Country with panoramic views of the mountains and across the plains to the Spanish Peaks. Location is only 12 easy driving minutes from I25 and close to vast areas of wilderness and local attractions like Great Sand Dunes National Park. Hummingbird Ranch is a great place to hike, mountain bike and watch the abundant wildlife including elk, deer, fox, turkey & many species of birds, including hummingbirds, of course ;-)

Gated Driveway with optional Bathroom in Garage!

Quiet neighborhood in SW Denver close to parks and Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants.  Driveway is long enough to fit a trailer and vehicle.  The house itself is small with 4 bd, 2 ba and a decently sized backyard. Currently we're 4 nerdy dudes who dnd and occasionally karaoke in the living room downstairs.

Gunnison half-driveway (close to public toilets)

This very flat driveway is located right in the heart of downtown GJ walking distance to Main St, some nice restaurants and breweries and a quick zip out to any "box store" needs. It's a 7-20 minute drive to mountain biking/hiking trails. This is the perfect place to park after a day of biking or sightseeing in Grand Junction and then enjoy a meal downtown. The GJ Central Library is a 5 minute walk away and there are several nice coffee shops within a 5-10 minute walk. 

Notice in advance: May not be advisable for really large motor homes just because the entry to the driveway is narrow for the turning radius, but maybe you have skills I do not. :) 

Your leashed pets are welcome, but unfortunately cannot use the fenced in backyard. I have two doggos that can be territorial with other doggos (very friendly with people) and a free roaming kitty. There is a nice shady park 2 minutes walk away and tons of nice trails nearby. 

The bathroom will be open for showers between 8-10 am and in the evening from 6:30-8. I just ask that you coordinate that time with me, so I can be here to let you into the house. 

There is a hose you can fill your water tank with up to 20 gallons, electrical hookup for basic electricity (if you are running AC for long periods of time-- for example for a pet left in the vehicle while you are gone)  an additional fee will be negotiated.

Perched atop an estimated 55-million-year-old rock formation is a real example of Colorado mountain living. A rustic, quaint little cabin that features a composite deck with breathtaking and astonishing views of your own personal aspen grove. This is an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon BBQs, and evening stargazing with your favorite beverage. Nestled amidst this dense, healthy forest is an enchanting aspen grove that brings all types of wildlife, from bears, deer, elk, moose, to cute little foxes. Weather you are here for one day or a long week, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountain life. The cabin features high-speed wired/wireless internet, a bedroom, a sitting/TV area, a table for dining/games, and of course, the deck! What's incredible about the home is the privacy, as it's located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which allows for an escape from city life, with little to no vehicle traffic, yet there are amenities nearby. From the local watering hole, The Canyon Tavern, to the Wondervu café, serving "Mountain Mexican with Altitude" for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And there is the classic little town of Nederland 20 minutes west, Gross Reservoir, Carter Lake, a disc golf course, a coffee shop, and other restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.

Woodland Park Colorado, vacation, jeep, RV heaven!

Nice peaceful parking area on the edge of our 6 acre property. Nice overnight RV parking spot or tent camping site. Open area in our trees. Mostly level. No bathroom. May be able to provide 110 volt power supply from long extension from our house ( not enough power for A/C or heater but ok for TV and small appliances or microwave and lights or battery charging ). Access still possible in the winter EXCEPT if there is a recent snowstorm with snow still on the ground. If you camp here in winter then please pay attention to weather conditions to avoid getting snowed in.

We are close to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Castle Rock, Palmer Lake and many recreation areas nearby. Text if you need more info or help.

Mountain views abound all around!  This is a fun, healing and unique space to make some great memories. A small enclave of the 40 acre property is equipped with a wood fired barrel sauna, cold plunge, fireside area and space to do yoga in the sun! The San Luis Valley is loved by stargazers as shooting stars and many other types of sightings are frequent!  NO HOOKUPS AVAILABLE. There is no access to electric, water or internet. PACK IN & PACK OUT Do not use the property trash cans. Take your own trash, unwanted food, all items. *Guest will be charged if trash, animal feces, items requiring disposal or shipping back to you are left on site. There is currently no shower on site. Joyful Journey's hot springs (7 min away) has showers available with a day pass. Porta potty is on site. NO ACCESS to water or electric hookups is available. FIRE DANGER is high risk at all times so no fires at all, this includes charcoal and propane grills.  The chimeneas are not to be used for cooking. WIND SPEEDS can be high with strong gust. Tie items down, don't loose trash to the wind please. WILD ANIMALS- coyotes, owls and wolves are reported to roam this area. Snakes are not.
