Our location is a great home base for exploring the area, visiting family, catching spring training, or just enjoying the Arizona weather and desert sunsets.

Standard check-in is anytime after 12:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. That said, I try to be flexible when possible. If there is not another guest booked before or after your stay, I’m happy to offer a full 24-hour stay from your arrival time. RV spot next to our shop. In city limits of Kingman, 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Lots of places to park and turn around. Private road and very quiet area.

This is a large backyard with alleyway access through double swing gates. Good solid ground for parking heavy vehicles. The gates are lockable for security with easy access to the street through a pedestrian gate alongside the home. Would be good to pull straight in and back it straight out, but a little trickier if you need to pull it around. Our location is nearby several popular restaurants, within a 2 minute walk. We are in a popular neighborhood in downtown Phoenix with easy access to everything downtown. The airport is a 10 minutes drive from this spot.

Mountain views and beautiful sunsets. There is a hookup for electrical and water, and laundry is available. Because I work from home, I am here most of the time but because I am in consistent meetings throughout the day, I do need visitors to help keep the neighborhood quiet and kind. Internet can be available when I am not working.
