Our land is one acre in a country neighborhood.  There are great views of the surrounding mountains.  Feel free to reach out with any questions, otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy the Gallatin valley.

When you have a piece of heaven in your own backyard, it's natural to want to share it! We recently put in 2 full RV hook-ups (water/septic & electricity, 30amp) in our pasture, backed up against a beautiful field with draft horses roaming. Cozy, private & quiet, complete with a fire pit & picnic table over a large grassy area (w/ continued plans to upgrade), it's the perfect location to park on your way to Island Park (53mi), Playmill/Yellowstone (65 miles), or stay-put for as long as you want! Pets welcome (on a leash when outside of RV's) since the area isn't fully enclosed & plenty of additional parking for whatever set up you come with!

Laurel is a great place to begin or continue your Montana adventure. Located on the beautiful Yellowstone River, there are numerous nearby activities, including kayaking, fishing and swimming. Within 10 minutes of the house there are several parks for recreating on/near the river. Each boast different amenities, but there are boat ramps and wildlife-viewing opportunities. 
The driveway is fairly long and offers shelter alongside the house. I'd be happy to let visitors know about area and attractions, as well as offering water, electricity and internet.
