Our property is located 15 minutes from Eugene/Springfield. We have a beautiful private wedding venue with plenty of parking. There is a pavilion with a bbq and small refrigerator. Scenic McKenzie Spot 🔥💧✨ - Pit & Bathroom!

We have an indoor movie screen with a good sound system. We are perfect for family reunions and parties, weddings or any other gatherings that mean something special to you. We also have an axe throwing station, hammocks, pickle ball court, basketball, trampoline, badminton, garden, two ponds, one is a cattail/lily pond the other is very big and we have a pedal boat, a paddle board, float toys, and a floating deck and 155 acres of private hiking and mushroom foraging in October.

This specific piece of land holds very special energy. Guests have plenty of activities, comfortable beds, lots of oxygen because we are tucked into a forest, and a peaceful off grid environment. You will also drink fresh spring water filtered through one of the finest filtration systems, The Berkey Filters. All of these factors contribute to very good sleep. Our guests biggest compliment is how well they sleep.

We are also 15 minutes away from the Rogue River!  We offer tours to the Redwoods, Oregon coast, Oregon caves, and a Rogue River scenic drive, The ghost town of Golden and the Wolf Creek tavern, which has been on the tv show Ghost Adventures. The cost of the tours depend on the cost of gas at the time of the tour. 

We have a fully loaded outdoor kitchen with hot running water, community mini fridge, induction cook tops, pots and pans, silverware, cups, dishes, coffee maker, popcorn maker, coffee grinder, spices and a spice rack, paella pans, pizza maker, bbqs both propane and charcoal, dish rack, cleaning supplies, mixing bowls, cutting boards, knives, and most cooking utensils that are used regularly.

We have a dry camp area in Deschutes River Woods, just 4 miles from down town Bend, and minutes from lakes, rivers and outdoor adventures in the Central Oregon area. It's very quiet, and you are able to see the stars and hear frogs, birds and coyotes. The top section of our property has a clearing, surrounded by tall ponderosas, perfect for your RV, trailer or van to come and enjoy a vacation. There is parking for up to one camper and one vehicle, and space to offload bikes or kayaks if you are cruising into town, or to pop up an umbrella and some chairs. We have water on site. Parking is in the rock area in front of the large gate. Gate can be opened for use of side yard for a dog run. For water you'll need a long hose to get to the other side of the front of the house. Electric will come out the garage. Small RVs like my van can fit in the side yard behind the gate if desired.

Easy to find and easy for RV's to navigate. Fast wifi, electricity, water and trash available. Explore trails and Bureau of Land Management (free and open federal property) access nearby for mountain biking, hiking and more.

We are currently offering camping in our driveway RV site as well as backyard pondside site.

Sams Farm

1 acre, shaded by poderosa pines, quiet and peaceful. We prefer not to share inside space, but there is plenty of space to park and also set up your own outdoor hang spot. We have a curious toddler and sometimes have other land mates. In the winter we turn off irrigation, but we can provide a 7-gallon water jug of well water. Wifi is available as well.
