Hello! This location is close to the highway located between sacramento and tahoe. Nearby are multiple places to grab food or a drink in downtown auburn. I’ll have an access to a bathroom in the house and have more options as needed. I have a puppy who is friendly but still learning about life. Pets are welcome.

A quiet neighborhood on the east side of Carson City. Our 20’ van fits our driveway or if you have a longer van, you can use our curbside parking with plenty of space as we are on a corner lot. 

Dogs welcome and can potty anywhere in front yard (rock-scaped).

PLEASE LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: We have a large patio that you can enjoy a gas fire-pit on, apple trees to pick from, seating, tables, possibly a hammock, and shade available to use.
Have furry friends that need to stretch their legs without worry of running off? We have a privacy fenced-in backyard and a designated (rock) potty area.

Grass Valley hideaway!

20 Acres with incredible sunsets. Beautiful wild horses roam these lands. Getting here: Ask for detailed directions before heading here. 

Big rigs:The road out here is a little rough, about a mile of dirt road. I used to pull my 30’ fifth wheel out here and I didn’t have any issues as long as I went nice and slow. Anything smaller and you should be fine.

Right off highway 80. 12 miles east of colfax, 26 miles west of truckee, 22 miles south of grass valley, and 45 miles to Reno.  Surrounded by the Tahoe National Forest. Very convenient staging area for hiking, biking, river and waterfall exploring.   Lots of lakes for paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and picnics.  1.25 hours to tahoe city.  Sierra Woods Lodge and the Rustic Table are across the street.  Access to internet, electricity, water (potable well),  possibly to use deck and BBQ and other amenities upon approval.  Best for vans, but could accommodate a small RV.   Parking top and bottom of driveway.  No fires, no garbage service.

Spend the night (or nights!) in our peaceful corner of the world! Big, flat parking for a good sized RV or trailer. Our neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. We have wild blackberry bushes, a nearby beautiful creek with a waterfall, and lots of peepers at night. We are 7 minutes to highway 50, 10 minutes to downtown Placerville, 20 minutes to Fairplay wineries and Apple Hill, 45 minutes to downtown Sacramento, and an hour to South Lake Tahoe. Convenient to shopping and local restaurants. We have a quiet and beautiful lot with lots of fruit trees and privacy. Come enjoy!

Beautiful Auburn California

Our home and flat parking space sits on 1.2 acres of forest at the top of Banner Mountain. The private road to our driveway and the driveway approach is steep and can be icy/snowy in the winter, so not the best time for easy access. The parking area is flat and is a great place for nocturnal wildlife watching: owls, deer, bobcats, bears, raccoons, and even mountain lions have been sighted from this spot. 

We are a 15 minute drive to historical Nevada City or Grass Valley.

Quiet and peaceful part of town surrounded by retired seniors. RV space available that includes electricity (30 and 50 amp), water, sewer (NOT on septic), and Wi-Fi. Also, closely located near laundromat, grocery stores, pharmacy, and plenty of amazing food trucks throughout the week (mostly from Thur-Sun).

Behind the house is a serene meadow where you can walk, bike, run, or cross-country ski. Our flat driveway is easy to park in and spacious, depending on whether our trailer is parked.
