We actively host on airbnb and decided to branch out to RVs as well. We have 2.5 acres about 45 minutes from Zion NP.  We are surrounded by horse pastures and amazing views.  Our little farm hosts free range chicken and a couple of overly friendly dogs.  There will be a fence between you and the dogs so they don't demand your full time petting attention!  You will have beautiful night views of the stars and it's not unusual to hear coyotes or turkeys in the distance.   The parking spot for the RV is nothing fancy at this point but it's flat with a slight slope away from house and has accommodated a 36' bumper pull trailer - now it was tight to get in but after a few tries we made it.  We have a 50 amp plug and you are welcome to hook up to our well water but just be aware it's not the best to drink and it is hard water (like everywhere in UT).  Our property is off of a dirt road and has access to SXS playgrounds that can literally go all the way to the Grand Canyon.  We have plenty of parking on our property so if you are towing anything there is room to park it. This property is a sage brush area, has a 50x50' area cleared out for camping and RV's. beautiful scenery of mountains and clear blue sky! Has many 4 wheel trails and BLM land in area. Night sky is to die for you can see all of space and guaranteed falling stars will be seen.  This Property is 25 mins away from new castle reservoir with great fishing and boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. 40 mins from Cedar City, 110 mins from St George. It is just a nice driveway that will allow for an amazing rest between travels. We are located perfectly in between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Park. We also are just a 15 min drive from Cedar Breaks National Monument.
