We have an urban camp spot available for a stealth van or vehicle. Unfortunately we cannot host an RV or travel trailer at this time due to county codes. We're at the top of a STEEP hill. The spot itself will require some maneuvering to get into but is level once parked. We're super close to store and freeways as well as a 100 acre nature preserve. The views are spectacular up here.

Hello, I have a 30" Van / small RV parking space available. It is a flat parking spot with water, 30 amp power and sewer access. It's a nice neighborhood located off telegraph and the 805. About 20 min from most things in San Diego.

Hacienda 6 Palms is a gorgeous walled olive ranch estate with private, secret, and romantic gardens throughout nestled among majestic California oak trees and large boulders throughout the property. Guests staying at the Mesa at Hacienda 6 Palms will enjoy parking amongst the grape vines in the vineyard surrounded by olive trees, stunning views, casual walks, a restful nap in one of the hammocks under the oak trees. No matter where you are relaxing you will be within close view of any of the 150 Tuscan variety of Olive Trees throughout the working olive farm & vineyard.

PARKING:
Sprinter Vans up to 25 feet park within the vineyard surrounded by grape vines and Tuscan olive trees. There is 20/30/50 amp electrical hook up and also water hookup.

SHOWER:
There is an amazing Joshua Tree style outdoor shower where you shower under the sun and stars. And yeah, it has hot water! Of course it does!

GARDENS:
There are gardens throughout on this 5 acre private ranch which is surrounded by walls and landscaping for increased privacy. 

YOUR PRIVATE GARDEN:
You will have your own private secluded garden which has 2 hammocks nestled under old oak trees surrounded by huge boulders. You have an outdoor BBQ grill and a teak dining table.

BATHROOM:
Bring your own bathroom or Luggable Loo, or borrow ours. Please discuss your needs.

BEDROOMS:
There are a couple bedrooms inside the house. Inquiry within as to the availability for overnight stays inside the house.

KITCHEN:
There is a kitchen which can be occasionally made available.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
The beaches are all nearby. So is wine tasting. Everything is as close as 25 minutes.

Large family home 5min from the beach. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have a great relationship with our neighbors. We won't be available in October as I run a large haunted house in the space. We sit on a hilltop with great ocean views from our backyard and are 6min from some of the best beaches in SoCal. We are happy to offer our recommendations of places to eat or have fun, or you can keep to yourself and we can meet you at check-in and check-out. We have a dedicated 30amp hookup for power as well as water and wifi for your use.

The community is set in Peaceful Valley, named because its vibe and the tallest boulder is throwing the V-sign. Nestled under the highest peak at Splitrock Farm and Retreat and one of the highest in De Luz at 1477ft. Shady oak trees outcrop from huge boulders from where to view all of San Diego County and the endless ocean horizon. 

There are 8 sites to choose from on first come basis. Most sites are close to a water spigot. Some are under shady oaks. Vans only. Strictly NO tent camping. 

The site includes a communal outdoor kitchen under shade with two firepits and a garden to share. There are 3 outdoor heated showers, flushing toilet, sinks, and several water fill-up spigots. T-Mobile and ATT have the best service at 3-5 bars.

Splitrock Farm and Retreat offers guests access to 101 acres of land, which includes beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean to the southwest and Big Bear and Mount Jacinto to the northeast. Guests have access to 6+ miles of walking and biking trails, including the Splitrock 5K (3.12 miles) that covers most of the property and all the key features and viewpoints. Feel free to explore the farm, engage with the animals, and share photos! 

One of the highlights of Splitrock is the free roaming animals including goats, alpaca, sheep, and guarded by two Great Pyrenees Molly and Bailey. All the animals are people friendly and love cuddles. Visit our Critter Camp to play with the baby goats, pigs, and chickens. If you or your pets aren't comfortable around farm animals then Splitrock probably isn't right for you. 

Splitrock is located 5 miles (10 minutes) from downtown Fallbrook with most shops you'll need, and 14 miles from Old Town Temecula and all the big box stores. We are an hour to San Diego Airport and 2 hours from LAX.

The Santa Margarita River Trail has a large parking lot 3 miles from Splitrock on the way into Fallbrook. Its a beautiful trail along a natural river lined with trees, and maybe you can find the locals swimming hole and tire swings where the river meets the road. Finally, the Santa Rosa Plateau offers miles of trails nearby.

Our driveway is clean and paved and our home is located in a safe and quiet community. My driveway space is available for standard passenger cars like sedans and SUVs, I can accommodate motorcycles as well. My property is close to Interstate 54 and you will be parking on the left side of my driveway.

This is a 4 1/4 acre property with a 1 acre pond in the middle. It features a wide variety of activities such as canoeing kayaking fishing also plenty of hammocks and swings station throughout the yard. If you’re looking for a good getaway from the city, but still close enough that you can go grocery shopping look no further than Taylor Pond.

We live in a quiet, family neighborhood in El Cajon. We are a family of six with 3 girls and one boy, all teenagers. They are very respectful and quiet and stay in their rooms most of the time like typical teenager’s. 🥴 we are an active family so we have 6 beach cruisers and two paddle boards and an inflatable kayake that can be used.

Wide RV/motor home space in a quiet cul de sac 

Experience beautiful sunrise and sunset views atop of a hill in Vista, CA. Enjoy an overnight stay at a safe secluded apartment complex parking area only 15-minutes away from Oceanside beach. Shopping center is within walking distance just across the way with favorite food and entertainment spots like the Wave Waterpark and Cinepolis Theater.

The neighborhood is quiet other than hum of the highway nearby. Bathroom and shower access can be made available to you and I love making breakfast foods. If you’re craving an American Traditional breakfast during your stay, I am happy to accommodate! (Pancake, Sausage, & Eggs)

This is a pet friendly area. Dogs must remain on leash at all times. If you need Wi-Fi for an hour or two, I’m also happy to oblige.
