Our Pleasure Point Surf and Beach Haven is ideal for RV travelers and vanlifers, located just 1.5 blocks from the stairs to the surf spot and Pleasure Point Market. In less than five minutes, you can be walking along a nice path to nearby Moran Beach or along East Cliff Drive to The Hook and other world-class surf breaks. 

With Wifi, electricity, a shower, a firepit, and a hot tub, we also offer pet play space (we have a friendly dog), garbage collection, and package delivery to make your stay comfortable. There is a public restroom 1.5 blocks away, located at Pleasure Point.

Note that the shower is not completely enclosed, so there is exposure to the upstairs of our neighbor’s house. For electricity, we have a 240v (30 amp) outlet in the driveway and 110v extension cord that reaches the driveway. For the 240v outlet, you cannot use all 30 amps, as we have a few appliances running on it. I have a legal, off street parking space in downtown (old town) Key West where I typically park my own class B van. When my van isn't there I offer the space to others. The location is excellent, shaded and walkable to all that key west has to offer. Just one block from world famous Duval street and a few blocks from the beach. 

This is just a legal parking space. There are no amenities and you may not set up anything outside of your van. There is a beach nearby with public restrooms and showers. 

Please understand, I pay a lot for this spot and will not risk losing it. Anyone who’s tried to van in Key West will tell you it’s not easy.  So anyone being disrespectful of my neighbors or my space will be removed.

I live in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara. If you walk to one area there is the beach if you go walk the opposite way you're downtown! I also have a little corner market right next door if you need snacks or drinks. They even make delicious Tortas, Nachos and Burritos! I have the perfect parking spot for you with an electric plug in. Also the gate can be closed in case you have a dog companion that needs to run around. A back yard with a sitting area and firepit as well.

Great quiet neighborhood location at the end of driveway so there is no passing traffic. Centrally located, most everything can be reached in Monterey within 10 minutes from the house. A little over a mile from the fairgrounds, 5 minutes to the beach, easy access to downtown Monterey, Carmel, , Pacific Grove, Point Lobos, or take a drive down the coast to Big Sur for the day. 

We are happy to support guests with recommendations or needs that come up. We are a family with young children so while where you would stay would be removed from where we play and spend most of our day in the backyard, you may see us in passing or heading out to ride bikes or climb trees.

Welcome to our little driveway oasis in sunny Santa Cruz, California! 🌞 

Our spot is perfect for adventure vans (but not large RVs) and for those who want to not drive their rig once they get here. It’s fun to base camp out of the heart of the city and be close to the beach!

We have a parking spot in the front of the house that's $95/night. If you'd like a more private space, you can pull in behind the gates for $150/night. The width of your vehicle will have to be less than 8 ft to fit smoothly into the backyard.

Less than a mile from Downtown, the boardwalk, and the beach. No need to drive once you get here!

Santa Cruz Urban Oasis

We are located in the Southside of Richmond City within walking distance of the James River Wetland Trails, Pony Pasture, and a handful of restaurants and shops. I live with my partner, our dog, two cats, AND a couple of goats who’d love to meet you! We have a large, level driveway space and side yard with decent shade. We are located on a road that acts as a thoroughfare to the river access, but things are generally pretty peaceful in our forested neighborhood by the James. Since we don’t have a shower or bathroom available, we feel this site is best for self contained camping vehicles. We can offer a hose hook-up if needed. We’d love to share a safe space for someone stopping through.

I have 2 personal parking spaces considered private property, big enough for 2 sprinter vans or one larger vehicle. There is bus service on the block and 2 metro stations within a mile (15-20 min walk). I also have a bike if needed to get around or to enjoy the W&OD bike trail ( 3 min ride away). I also have electricity available if needed. It’s a residential neighborhood but close to urban amenities. I am happy to give you space and privacy once set up and/or to give you area restaurant and attraction recommendations if you like! I can do same day bookings with advance confirmation by chat…I just need notice to move our vehicles. Safe travels!

My place is situated in a safe neighborhood in Manhattan Beach, CA. it is walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, and Ralphs. There are some restaurants, and coffee shops nearby as well. The pier, and beach are only a 6 minute drive, or a 25 minute walk. 
* Driveway is a bit steep going up, but flat ground. Vans must have enough clearance. 
Check in time is 7pm.  Check out time is 12 pm

No matter where you are relaxing you will be within close view of any of the 150 Tuscan variety of Olive Trees throughout the working olive farm & vineyard.

PARKING:
Sprinter Vans up to 25 feet park within the vineyard surrounded by grape vines and Tuscan olive trees. There is 20/30/50 amp electrical hook up and also water hookup.

SHOWER:
There is an amazing Joshua Tree style outdoor shower where you shower under the sun and stars. And yeah, it has hot water! Of course it does!

GARDENS:
There are gardens throughout on this 5 acre private ranch which is surrounded by walls and landscaping for increased privacy. 

YOUR PRIVATE GARDEN:
You will have your own private secluded garden which has 2 hammocks nestled under old oak trees surrounded by huge boulders. You have an outdoor BBQ grill and a teak dining table.

BATHROOM:
Bring your own bathroom or Luggable Loo, or borrow ours. Please discuss your needs.

BEDROOMS:
There are a couple bedrooms inside the house. Inquiry within as to the availability for overnight stays inside the house.

KITCHEN:
There is a kitchen which can be occasionally made available.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
The beaches are all nearby. So is wine tasting. Everything is as close as 25 minutes.

We are a 3 room inn (Bookings through AirBnB) and offer one additional space for parking a van no larger than 25 feet. Great surfing right out front during the right swells. My guests will have access to a hot outdoor shower. I am a friendly guy and I get along well with most people.
