We have 2.5 acres to share! With spots ranging from a Beside the garden, under oaks, or with a view of the berry fields. Located at the end of a dead end street, 20 minutes to Santa Cruz, 35 to Monterey, and 10 minutes from the beach, our agricultural town is a great place to rest and unwind. You must enjoy dogs to stay on the lower part of the property as they have free range of the space. You don't love dogs much? Our garden space is a no dog area, however neighborhood dogs can wander in and out. Do you have dogs? If the pack gets along your dog is free to enjoy the space. We both work full time and will interact with you as much or as little as you would like. We can offer water, Wi-Fi near the house, BBQ area and picnic table for use with some additional fees, send all questions our way!

 We are Kate and Joe, I work as a registered nurse in Santa Cruz and Joe is in public works in Seaside. We have 3 dogs, 10 chickens, a large garden and 2.5 acres to share! We love to meet new people and share the area we both grew up in.
