Thanks for stopping by our listing! We live on a quiet horse property in the charismatic country area of Tri-Cities. You’ll find us nestled down a short gravel road on a few acres of dirt/gravel parking. We own a Chevy G-20 that we use for short stints of vanlife, and while boondocking and finding your own parking is all good and well, sometimes you desperately need somewhere to stay where you know you can rest safe and unbothered. Look no further! While our facilities are not fancy, we can guarantee a quick place to stay where you know you and your things will be largely unbothered. You can park anywhere on the 2 acre property, though there is a large turnout area that is flat. Fresh pumped well water and 120v power is available upon request, electricity may have a small fee. There is a shared covered sitting patio with a fire pit available for you to use, with a good view of the arena on nights that we ride!
