Less than 10 minutes to Bullards Bar Reservoir & close to many Yuba River swim spots. Just south of Downieville mountain bike trails. 22 miles north of Nevada City. Small market is around the corner. The space is a large gravel driveway with plenty of room for an rv to turn around. I can provide an extension cord for power, hose for water, and WiFi. Large trees to the west for afternoon shade & a tall garage to the east for morning shade. Out of view from neighbors & has a gate for security.
