Located on a 275 acre horse farm in a small town hamlet, about 30 minutes from Utica, NY. There's an event barn (weddings) across the street where there are bathrooms and running water. There are weddings on weekends, so you must be OK with music and traffic until about 10:30PM (weekends only). Weekdays it's very peaceful and lovely. Visit the horses (and colts) in the barn or pastures. There are wonderful wooded hiking trails on the property and down the street (towpath). Restaurants and shopping are about 5 minutes away. Better options about 15 minutes. There's a superette and diner within walking distance. Well behaved/trained pets are welcome. Bookings accepted until October 27, 2022.
