We all know how exciting and fun going on the road is. Sometimes, it can also be a little challenging, especially if you want to cook your own food. With limited kitchen space, it’s important to prepare recipes that are simple, yet fun to work on. With that in mind, here you have a list of 5 great, tasty meals that you can easily prepare while on the road.

Chicken Veggie Skillet

The Chicken Veggie Skillet is a great meal because it doesn’t involve a lot of ingredients. You just need veggies and some chicken meat, along with a good pan. Then you just mix in some vinegar, pepper, and other flavors for the perfect meal. This is actually a whole lot of fun to prepare, and people love it since it’s such a creative dish. Yes, it will take a bit of a trial and error to get it right, but it’s an amazing meal for the entire family, packed with vitamins and nutrients.

Sausage and Potatoes

Another simple meal we recommend would be Sausage and Potatoes. You can prepare this as brunch with eggs, or you can serve it as a dinner with some salad on the side. It’s made from only 2 ingredients, so it’s super easy to cook. Of course, you can add some veggies and maybe some sauce if you want, that’s up to you. But it’s definitely worth checking out.

Frittata

Frittata needs a pressure cooker, yet it’s a great meal for any RV lover. The idea here is to sauté the veggies in the cooker, then let it bake everything. You can eat this with some salad, and you will be packed with energy. The best part about this meal is that it doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare, and it’s one of the tastiest meals for road trips.

Black Bean Soup

You can prepare the Black Bean Soup with some chorizo in your pressure cooker. It’s a great way to have lots of protein and nutrients from a single meal while on the road. You can also dress up your soup if you want, and you can prepare a variety of garnishes for it too.

Pork Tenderloin

Did you know that you can prepare Pork Tenderloin in an RV? Yes, you can absolutely do that, and it’s quite easy to prepare as well. There are a variety of simple recipes online, so you can follow those without a problem. Another great thing is that you can easily serve this with some red wine in order to take its flavor to the next level.

Living in a limited space and having limited cooking appliances doesn't mean you can't delicious meals on the road.
